Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your By Rawdah order. This return policy explains how returns work, when you can request a return and what conditions apply.
1. Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. You do not need to give a reason for your return.
To start a return, please contact us within this 14 day period by email at info@byrawdah.com. After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days.
2. Return conditions
Products can only be returned when they are unused, undamaged and complete. The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

- Any accessories or included items must also be returned
3. How to request a return
To request a return, please send us an email with your order number, name and the product you would like to return.
After receiving your request, we will send you the return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect or faulty.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and checked your returned product, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. The refund includes the product price and the standard delivery costs of the original shipment when the full order is returned. Extra shipping costs, such as express delivery, are not refunded.
6. Products that cannot be returned
Some products cannot be returned if they are personalised, custom made, used, damaged or incomplete.
Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons may also be excluded if the seal or packaging has been opened.
7. Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can help you quickly.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can return your original item and place a new order.
9. Return address
The return address will be shared with you after your return request has been approved by email.
